Trump hasn't personally declared bankruptcy ever. He had real estate interests in China BEFORE he was POTUS.
The US government and the IRS didn't see a conflict of interest as you suggested.

I want to point out the law says trump would blind trust his businesses. He did not do that. Unless he does not run his business then the bankruptcy of his business is his bankruptcy. If he knows nothing he is nothing. Which is it?

Eric and Don Jr. were Executive Vice Presidents in charge of the Trump Org, but I never knew how Trump got away without blind trusting his business before becoming POTUS. It seems that he didn't trust anyone but family with his business rather than not knowing as you suggest. The Congress did go after him on the emolument clause with the SCOTUS, but they waited until he was out of office to charge him. They must have been too busy with their partisan impeachments and Russian H**x soft c**p d'état.

Why is President Biden going to Wilmington today, isn’t that a potential crime scene? The FBI isn’t raiding places and securing items, we don’t know if the “crime scene” is secure and things aren’t being disturbed.
