Not that he has ever been considered either an effective or good representative of the people, you would think he could at least t***sfer the constituent caseload to his replacement, as required. He apparently sees a brighter future with the trumpian state of Florida...he is a perfect match of dysfunctional incompetence, Florida deserves him.

i heard that if he DOES resign, the Biden administration has offered him a job enhancing resumes for Joe Biden and his sons.

I don't think a party rep or other wise can make a person resign. He was elected by the people and they have to remove him. Its called recall.
