What is needed is significant change to our i*********n l*w, until that happens we need to follow our existing law and treaty obligations. The solution short of that is to massively increase the number of immigration court judges and support staff so asylum claims can be handled rapidly.

What is needed is to block our border 100% and only allow these people in after going through a vetting at the local American embassy in their home country. No exceptions. You knock and come through our front door, only after we allow you to do so. Severe penalties for all that come through the back door uninvited, including DNA taken and forever forbidden entry into America even to just visit family or tourism. No exceptions,

So true, that would be nice however, I am unsure if these "claims" can actually be proven??? People just want to come to the US B.C. it is a prosperous endeavor I was led to believe there was a fee which they can bypass by coming here illegally?

The need is to obey laws already on the books . We dont break the laws just because we dont like them , as biden is doing
