Sean Hannity testified under oath in a deposition that he did not believe former President Donald Trump’s claims about v****g machine fraud in the 2020 e******n, according to a piece published by the New York Times on Wednesday.
The Fox News host responded to a question about allegations made by Sidney Powell, a former federal prosecutor who represented Trump in e******n-related lawsuits. Trump falsely claimed the e******n was r****d against him. Powell alleged that states that used v****g machines made by D******n V****g Systems were rife with fraud.
She reiterated the claim on Hannity’s Fox News program on Nov. 30, 2020, a couple of weeks after the e******n was called for Joe Biden. Powell stated there had been “corruption all across the country, in countless districts.”
Trump has baselessly alleged the v****g machines “deleted” v**es for him and in some cases “switched” v**es for him to Biden.
D******n is suing Fox News for defamation and is seeking $1.6 billion in restitution. The company is also suing Powell.

Mr. Hannity interrupted her with a gentle question that had been circulating among e******n deniers, despite a lack of supporting proof: Why were Democrats silencing whistle blowers who could prove this fraud?

That was the answer Mr. Hannity gave, under oath, in a deposition in D******n’s $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News, according to information disclosed in a court hearing on Wednesday. The hearing was called to address several issues that need to be resolved before the case heads for a jury trial, which the judge has scheduled to begin in April.
The paper went on to say that Hannity’s testimony “is among the strongest evidence yet to emerge publicly that some Fox employees knew that what they were broadcasting was false.”
Lawyers for D******n argued in court on Wednesday that “not a single Fox witness” has substantiated the allegations of v***r f***d in the 2020 e******n.
“Many of the highest-ranking Fox people have admitted under oath that they never believed the D******n lies,” said one attorney.
Another lawyer for D******n said the company had evidence that Fox News tried to stop Powell via the Trump White House from spreading her e******n f***d claims:

A second lawyer representing D******n, Justin Nelson, told Judge Davis about evidence obtained by D******n showing that an employee of the Fox Corporation, the parent company of Fox News, had tried to intervene with the White House to stop Ms. Powell. According to Mr. Nelson, that employee called the fraud claims “outlandish” and pressed Mr. Trump’s staff to get rid of Ms. Powell, who was advising the president on filing legal challenges to the results.

Hannity has repeatedly called the e******n f***dulent...
I personally can't recall him saying it was due to D******n....
But I rarely listen to his show...

Based on that statement above, there was no evidence that Hannity said that the D******n machines was the problem. "His statement was this:

Let the process takes place, to be proven. That is not saying that Hannity claimed the D******n machine created fraud.
It is up to the whistle blowers to stand the process proving the fraud. But Hannity did not make a statement that the D******n machine created fraud.
That's a process to be done to be proven by the Whistle blowers.
No fraudulent claim was specified on this. They just want to bankrupt Fox news. I think Biden h**es Murdock the owner of FoxNews .

This is one of the evils of politics. That is why I never want to enter political job.
I hope Hannity does not leave FoxNews.
I will continue to work on that E******n Procedure to eliminate all these legal problems and to make the e******n cleaner without spending too much time to finalize results. I hope Congress will approve it. If not that's their problem. At least we could eliminate some of the illegal and fradulent ways and to make clean e******n results.
