I think this committee needs to be renamed. Something more distinguished and proper and with a pedigree. I say call it the Committee for Public Safety. That was pretty big in France during the 1790s.

Serious answers;

1) It seems no one is above the law except the Clintons, the Bidens, and other select powerful Democrats and their friends. Laws will be interpreted in such a way to create the illusion of guilt toward everyone else.

2) My own eyes weren't there. The media eyes and propaganda of the 6th was/is choregraphed to present and sensationalize a certain perspective. Images are removed and context of words are changed to create that perspective.

3) No. I believe in a Constitutional Republic. Democracy is mob rule.

Republicans had the chance to participate in this investigation, they refused, before Chaney and Kinzinger was appointed. Two republicans were refused because they may have been involved, they refused to replace the two and withdrew all other republicans from the committee. Republicans are guilty of no representation on that panel.

GOP representation was only based on what Pelosi would approve. That is evident by her picking the two most anti- Trump GOP people she could find both of whom had already condemned Trump. The two who werer refused were done so based on the fact they would bring in evidence the panel did not want to hear and they would do tough cross examination of witnesses. Plus Pelosi wanted a unanimous panel.

Pelosi didn't approve two members suggested because they were part of those to be investigated. Republicans could have replaced those two and had their voice but no, they pulled all Republicans off the panel leaving open the seats for Chaney and Kinizinger
