6 eggs 1 cup flour 1 cup milk 2 teaspoons vanilla.---mix it up in a blender. 9" X 13 " baking pan coat bottom with 5 tablespoons of melted butter. Pre heat oven to 425 degrees . Pour blended mix into pan . Bake 22--24 minutes --top with powdered sugar if desired . serve hot. I like mine with Mrs. Butterworths syrup

My husband loves them, I make them all the time. I have the same recipe but there's a 1/4 teaspoon of salt in it too. Good recipe

I always liked German or Swedish pancakes at IHOP and other places but they don't have them anymore. I enjoyed the butter with lemon juice on them. I didn't see lemon juice in your recipe; are they the same?
But Mrs. Butterworth's syrup? Maple syrup is the way to go with pancakes.
