Since the unConstutional ‘Gun Control Act of 1968’ ( a near match to Hitlers gun control laws) our country has sucked millions of dollars out of our Citizenry and their gun associations to defend a clearly defined right.
Ask just who benefits from this chaos ?

First and foremost the members of an esoteric society, the American Bar Association. Lawyers, attorneys, bottom feeders. Americans have many names for our number 1 secret society.

Secondly, it benefits an authoritarian/ totalitarian government consisting of BOTH major political parties.

Behind the scenes statutes that are hidden confiscatory measures are : bogus psychiatric claims ( disarms many Veterans) ;
A special, ever-burgeoning sub-class called ‘felons.’
Doesn’t matter to our elitist politicos if you are a non-violent “white collar” felon or a murdering jihadist ;

Then we have domestic disputes/ violence, typically against women - so our mind-reading thought control police disarm the husband.
NONE of these statutes “amend” the Constitution, yet BOTH PARTIES” turn a blind eye and pretend these blatantly unConstiutional statutes do !

To what end ? Since it is OBVIOUS that criminals do Not obey laws, especially ‘gun laws’ - then just what segment of our society do these draconian statutes effect ?
The Silent Majority. You and me. Regular people. We obey laws. Just laws. Always remember these phrases :
1) “an Armed Citizenry, is, by necessity, extremely courteous.”

2) Government is like Fire. A wonderful ‘servant’ but a dangerous master ;”

3) Should Citizens fear weapons in the hands of their government? Yes.
Should government Fear weapons in the hands of its Citizens? Heck yes !

Fear the government that fears ‘your weapons.’ They don’t want a r*******n ; they don’t want Citizens enforcing the Law.
This never ending cycle of gun laws is nothing but “ people control” via gradual disarmament by unlawful statutes.

The vast majority of American are sick to deth of nut jobs obtaining assault rifles and shooting up nalls, elementary schools and night clubs. Why aren't our voices heard?

Assault weapons have been banned from private use (except in very limited cases) since 1933.

Don't believe me? Walk into ANY gun shop and ask to buy an assault weapon.

A “friendly amendment “ to your statement: the buyer of any fully automatic weapon ( some are Assault rifles) has to go through an extensive background check. If approved he/she/it has to pay $200.00 extra for a special “ t***sfer license.”
Every time that weapon is sold a new T***sfer License” has to be purchased.

Those fully automatic weapons are heavily tracked, and to my knowledge have never been used in a crime in America- unless you count the Tv show MIAMI VICE.
PS - Automatic weapons are costly and extremely costly to shoot - but they are a barrel of fun !

Dear Peg, though I disagree with most of your posts I see the essence of this post. It’s utter frustration.
Please review the FBI’s uniform crime statistics. You will see that pistols and revolvers are the weapons mostly used in violent crimes. Not automatic guns; not semi-automatic rifles; definitely Not assault rifles.
Our media leans to “ sensationalism.”
They make you believe assault rifles are the problem. They are not.
Is it possible to stop a camel jockey Jihadist from blowing up a church ? A school ? A mall ?
No. It’s practically impossible. Same scenario but he/she/it uses a gun. It’s still almost impossible to prevent.
CRIMINALS will Never obey any gun laws nor bomb laws. An armed Citizen seeing a criminal doing an attack often k**ls “the bad guy” way before the police get there.

Please put your anger towards criminals, not a gun, nor bomb, nor baseball bats.

And thank you for the response. It helps to have been a licensed gun dealer, eons ago. I even repaired/ tuned up weapons for local BATF agents - back when they were patriotic and honorable.
