What do we call it when a cop stands on a street corner posing as a drug dealer, then arrest the first "druggie" to come by and try to buy some meth/coke/pot from this cop, and then the cops show up at his/her home, make a raid, confiscate everything they own in the name of "the law" and by this action basically take everything that the person has in this life.

ITS CALLED ENTRAPMENT..!!

Soooo....... Now comes this supposed law stating that EVERYONE has to have Health Insurance.

We already know about the collusion between WEALTHY members of congress (like Nancy PelosiScum and Harry ReidScum) in formulating the policy.

We already know about the architect of the Affordable Care Act (not) saying they had to word it right to fool "stupid Americans"... (its on InfoWars if you haven't read it or heard it yet.)

We now know about the supposed SUBSIDIES offered by the ObamaScum administration.

We know about the FRAUD involved here where we can buy an affordable policy - of course big brother wants to know EVERYTHING about you (especially your income) - and the resultant $12,700 or more deductible involved with those policies.

First question - why even bother with HEALTH INSURANCE if its not going to pay anything but catastrophic events..??

(Oh, ya, that little nagging thing about the IRS coming after you..)
Anyone else smell EXTORTION AND ENTRAPMENT HERE..??

Second question - did these Insurance Companies and Congress consider the fact that most all of us have a mortgage payment, car insurance, food, gas, utilities to pay, which - seems to me - putting a roof over your head first is MORE IMPORTANT than this health insurance debacle.

Having seen our health insurance rates just double (from $780 a month to over $1400 a month) with the promise of the IRS coming after you - and the deductibles going to over $12,000 - this situation smells an awful lot like - ENTRAPMENT .... Just callin it like I see it.

With this ACA ( and rest assured its NOT AFFORDABLE ) we now pay $300 a month more than it takes to put a roof over our heads..

Congress - everyone who v**ed yes on this bill - is guilty of MALFEASANCE IN OFFICE..

Every body politic involved in this is guilty of ENTRAPMENT, yes using the IRS to enforce this as a TAX if you don't have it - is ENTRAPMENT.

There is a HUGE blowback coming for Obamster and his cronies on this.

I have but two words for Congress, Obama and the IRS in this -- F*&K OFF..!!

Allow those who cannot afford health care to be on Medicad, as is exactly what is happening now. Those with pre existing conditions, the same thing.

Having said that, should the ACA continue, there must be major changes!

It concerns me greatly that some hundreds of rural hospitals are and will close. There are severe penalties on hospitals who re-admit patients within short periods of time. Rural hospitals tend to have high re-admittance rates due to poor health of residents and a lack of rural physicians. They are and will be penalized for providing care.

The tax on medical devices must stop. Interestingly enough, it even has an effect on veterinary bills. They utilize the same medical devices as physicians and hospitals. Further, the tax is a negative for possible new inventions. R and D is expensive, plus a tax on your possible new invention. I would certainly think twice.

Absolutely and unequivocally rid the law of the prevention of building of new outpatient (as I call them) "walk in d**g out" facilities. You can thank the hospital corporations for that little goody. It is substantially less expensive to have some procedures in these types of facilities; however, hospitals loose a [color=red]LOT[/coor] of money when people utilize these facilities.

Now, I am going to turn on the snark font.

Since when does the Infernal Ripoff Service, determine what constitutes full-time (for insurance purposes) employment. Did they close the Department of Labor and I missed it? Further, do you really and truly want a group of inept, ignorant, i***ts, who could not get a real job or do a real job (even if you held their hands) making determinations on your health coverage necessities? Those bureaucrats probably do not even know what is in their health plan, much less determining what should be in yours.

For those interested in my solution its called "Free Market Enterprise"..

Health care by the numbers, by that I mean what the free market will support. Just to point out, we already have a HealthCare Co-Op springing up here in New Mexico, and this was forecasted just as was all else to do with the ACA..

Now keep in mind here, I am from a time when Health Ins was $28 to $35 a month, there were only small deductibles, and office visits were paid by patient at time of visit ( $10 ). Ya, read that right. $10.

Just as the governments (read:CORPORATION) interference here in health care has caused catastrophic problems, so they have interfered with all else to do with your life.

They regulated petroleum in the early 70's. Price almost tripled in a year. (Gas went from $0.34 a gallon to $0.78 in a few months).

They regulated t***sportation industries (trucking) in the late 1980's. There was a 7 year riegn of chaos with regulation piled on top of regulation while the industry suffered low wages, low rates - and the big carriers made out like bandits - with big bro's blessing - and the little guys bit the dust by the dozens. So much for the small businessman's aspirations in that sector.

They regulated the airline industry in the early 90's witht he same result. 7 years of chaos, falling wages, carriers scrimping on maintenence to make profit shortages work, then - you may remember this - the pilots and mechanics unions taking the hit in the end. Pilots and mechanics wages and benefits dropped by over a third in a span of 3 or 4 years. Anybody remember..??

Now we get blessed with this atrocity called ObamaCare - engineered by the apparrent scum of the body corporate, and they want us to think this will be a good thing...???
