Unless. Unless Attorney General Merrick Garland gets his way in a full-scale assault on democracy.

Based on recent developments, including Trump's announcement that he is a candidate for president in the next e******n, and the current president's intention to be a candidate in the next e******n, I have concluded it is in the public interest to appoint a special counsel.

Got that? Because Joe Biden says he will run for ree******n, and Trump has announced he will challenge Biden in the 2024 e******n then Garland has decided to weaponize the Department of Justice and have Trump be prosecuted for having the audacity to challenge Biden in an e******n.

The excuse used aside from Trump's announcement is two separate issues the Mar-a-Lago documents and then the events of J*** 6.

But let's be plain: this is exactly an illustration of Stalin's ruthless state security chief Lavrentiy Beria purportedly saying: Show me the man and I'll show you the crime.

Merrick Garland is Joe Biden's Beria.

This is nothing less than an i**********n. A real one. This is about a decidedly powerful attorney general of the United States deliberately say again deliberately going rogue and setting out to bring a democratic e******n to a full stop by investigating a candidate who is a Biden political opponent. And doing it to stop him in an outrageous miscarriage of justice.

Captain, Merrick Garland is not anybodies lap dog including Joe Biden. He is in a long ongoing investigation of possible criminal activities of Donald Trump. Trump has been investigated long before Trump announced his candidacy. He has been accused by many pundits of running for office in part because he is trying to avoid these charges coming to court.
Personally, I believe he is guilty as hell of some of the most serious crimes in the federal book like, s******n, i**********n, trying to o*******w a fair and secure P**********l e******n , tax fraud, insurance fraud, and several instances of violating the US Constitution. Let's let them do their jobs. So far, Trump has acted in taking the Fifth Amendment, denial, delay, and other tactics which are more intended to avoid any possible legal consequences, than to get to the bottom of arguably the most serious case of criminal behavior on the part of a POTUS.
Garland seems to be a dedicated AG, as does the new Special Council.

This is unbelievable. Merrick Garland behaves exactly like the Gestapo of Hitler.

He prevents Donald Trump to challenge his boss, that once Biden crook is gone, Garland is also gone. He behaves exactly like a Hitlerian style of the Biden administration, that whoever challenges Biden the so called Hitler, will stop and arrest, or prevent to challenge specially Donald Trump.

They fear so much that once Donald Trump takes over, they'll perhaps stay locked up for the abuses and unconstitutional power they use against the opponent, or against the Republicans. Garland has totally dismantled this Constitution and behaves like a complete Gestapo of a Marxist dictator.
