Why isn’t the GOP listening to its v**ers?

Check out the following statistics in the latest Rasmussen poll:
"Only 21% of Likely V**ers believe Senate Republicans keep McConnell as leader, while 61% think they should choose a new leader. Sixty-two percent (62%) of Republican v**ers want to get rid of McConnell as Senate GOP leader, a sentiment shared by 58% of Democrats and 63% of v**ers not affiliated with either major party. Among self-identified conservative v**ers, two-thirds (66%) want Senate Republicans to choose a new leader.
McConnell is viewed unfavorably by 68% of w****s, 58% of black v**ers and 52% of other minorities. McCarthy is viewed unfavorably by 48% of both white and black v**ers, and 36% of other minorities. Majorities of every racial category – 61% of w****s, 55% of black v**ers and 64% of other minorities – think Senate Republicans should choose a new leader. Fifty percent (50%) of black v**ers think House Republicans should choose a new leader, as do 47% of w****s and 43% of other minorities.
A majority (53%) of v**ers under 40 think Senate Republicans should “ditch Mitch,” as do nearly two-thirds of older v**ers.
Despite this, Mitch McConnell was re-elected as Senate GOP leader. McConnell was challenged by GOP senator Rick Scott."

It is extremely depressing to realize that Republican leadership continues to stick with a formula that just does not seem to be working, and they are unable or unwilling to change their ways.
Apparently, Mike Lindell is going to challenge Ronna McDaniel as the Chair of the RNC. HOWEVER:

Ronna Romney McDaniel has performed horribly – she allowed two massive e******n wins to be stolen by the Democrats. Yet, there are now reports that the Republican establishment wants to keep her in charge.
There are now reports that GOP elites are working hard behind the scenes to keep loser McDaniel as the head of the RNC. Why would they do this?
Over 100 of 168 RNC members have signed a letter endorsing Romney McDaniel as party chair.
The Democrats new motto is “Never interfere with an enemy while he is in the process of destroying himself.”
