Under the new law, SB202, which includes a spate of new v****g restrictions, the timeline has been shortened substantially and must occur 28 days after the general e******n. This timeframe is especially important because v**ers must now register 30 days before an e******n, making it impossible for new v**ers to register between the general e******n, which took place on 8 November, and the runoff."
