Heck. It’s a frigid Sunday here in North Carolina. Good day to share unusual facts.
If we were in a law library I’d be saying “go look in the U.S. Code. Go to the CFR ( Code of Federal Regulations).”In their official designation those in D.C. are US citizens, as they are “within the United States.”
Everything outside the boundaries of the U.S./DC are as foreign nations. In America most of us are “without the United States.” Simply meaning we live outside the 10 square miles of the geographical U.S.
We people comprise two designations - we are state Citizens and we are U.S. Nationals.
Check out your Passport. Hmmm, there it is - U.S. National. Hiding in plain sight.

We can add a modern twist in this mix:
Now we have foreign national ‘invaders’ crossing our state borders; we have lawful immigrants; we have i*****l i*******ts ( no protected status).

Another demeaning tidbit hidden in their Code is “person.” 99 percent of U.S. are Not persons. We are “ natural individuals” at law. Other than the section on definitions where do we find person used ?
Oh, in the Administrative Code of Title 26 - the Infernal Revenue Code. I list it as an Administrative Code since it has “ never been enacted into POSITIVE LAW of the United States. Thus, by Law, no violation of its Code may be heard by any U.S. District Court.
Ever read a 1040 Tax instruction booklet ? It very clearly says it’s for “a person required to file.”
Are you a person - by Code ?

Let Trump dissolve the “Internal” Revenue Service.
Hmmm - ‘within’ the United States and an ‘internal’ tax Code. Fact: never made law. It technically falls under Title 5 agencies.
