I think a special counsel is a special prosecutor. They work independently. Can't be fired except for mis-conduct.

He was waiting until after the midterms, if he had announced before now republicans whole have cried like a baby. Think, if Trump is convicted of not allowed to run it's gonna fix all the GOP's problems cause if Trump runs he's gonna lose.
