Birth rates are actually linked very closely, around the world, to economic development. Birth rates decline as poverty declines. Forcing women to give birth will not cure the declining birth rates, it will only take away their freedom to choose motherhood when they want it.
I thought you were for the party of "freedom"? In the marketplace, there is a demand for safe a******ns and people willing to supply that service. What's really your issue here?

So tell me what's wrong with fewer people? Less pollution & trash, less energy and fuel use, jobs for everyone, less crowding, better quality of life, etc etc etc. If you want to re-populate America Chucky, do it with like minded people who would be happy to assimilate into our culture not the worlds poorest and least educated who expect us to adopt their culture. Well, I wouldn’t use the term S***E to describe what shumer wants but definitely people that can be easily controlled!!!
Maybe coin a new name/designation to add
