As many others feel free to create thread without links, I felt it was my turn.
Currently, there are two major cases of college student deaths. Neither are receiving the usual 24/7 coverage. In case you are wondering why, the answers are simple. They fail to meet the l*****t narrative!
Four students dead in Idaho in off campus housing. The national media is paying little attention for two reasons; students are white and no gun was involved.
Three students shot and k**led, two other shot but alive. Although a gun was involved, the national media is letting this one receive minimum coverage because…correct, the shooter is not a maga w***e S*********t but a 22 year old black student.
See how that works?

It is exactly how it works. Democrats and the press, same thing I know, really don’t care about people. Never have. How the b****s v**e democrat is beyond reason. I guess Lyndon Johnson was correct.

Her point is valid. There HAVE been daily headlines about the crimes, but it is a far FAR cry from the minute-by-minute 24/7 running commentaries on the major networks that such events generate when the crime can in any way be assigned to guns, white supremists, or most especially, a convoluted and wildly unlikely tie to a Trump tweet or speech.

AuntiE's point is entirely valid. These crimes do not support the Democrat narrative, and so are being treated lightly compared to most such events.

Agreed....I don't watch television news either, yet have been following the stories. This is just more agit-prop. I don't know what she considers MSM, or why it's important that guns were not used in one instance, or that the perpetrator was black in the other, but you can be sure that Auntie E had a specific axe to grind. Pffft.
