I see it all the time. Some things I won't comment on . Some posters fill entire pages with their topics. I see no reason to even look through some of the topics. Either because they are boring or I am not sure if I should comment and be assholed for it when in reality I was just asking for input.

Sounds like Mrs Bunker is gonna have a mile long "honey do list" for you when you retire! I've noticed a bit of heavy posting by a few folks, I generally look on active topics and hit the buddies only list First! I have noticed a lot of New Nasty tempered folks on here lately... In fact, some of those new folks get on here just to Hit n run with a nasty or snarky comment, then Bounce before anyone can reply.. OR they relish in the discourse and discontent they are causing and get off on it.. Hard Pass on those folks, I prefer the intelligent convos that go on in here!..

Some of these spammers serve a useful purpose; (probably the only one they have ever served in their entire lives,) in that anytime I do or say something I think is a little dimwitted, all I have to do is pick one of their posts at random, read it, and I feel much better about myself. It's downright refreshing to realize how far I have to go to reach that level of dumbass.

I gave up on posting here a few months ago, due to the almost predictable trashing of any opinion that the Trumpites didn't agree with, instead of providing a reasonable response that made use of logic, facts, and civility. The name-calling and degradation on a personal basis made it pretty much a masochistic exercise. If it improves on the civility front (which I doubt) I might start opining again, but I fear that this site will continue to be the haven of trolls, insulters, and those who love to demonize people they don't agree with.
