It is Unconstitutional; contrary to the spirit, purpose and intent of the Constitution, to enact any Laws that are intended to advantage any person or group over another. Especially those that CHOOSE Immoral and Illegal Acts of Conduct; as they violate the express intent of the Constitution's mandate of "Equal Treatment Under the Eyes of the Law." Any Chosen Behavioral, groups of people, may NOT have special recognition or advantage over another; under the Constitution. This holds especially true for Immoral or Illegal behavior groups. Murders, Robbers, Rapist, P*******es, Criminal Enterprise Groups and homosexual groupings; they are NOT to be afforded standing, according to the Constitution. ALL CHOSEN Sexual Orientation BEHAVIOR Laws are Unconstitutional, there is NO SPECIAL PROVISION for "sexual orientation" and those types of "Rules, Ordinances and Laws" should be Immediately REPEALED. All of those homosexual suits and fines need to be overruled. The fines, plus the legal costs incurred, need to be returned to their Rightful Owners. They are not only Immoral; they are ILLEGAL. Shame on the pandering homosexual leaning politicians and govern-Mental officials who attempt to corruptly, Criminally, and destructively, collaborate to deviously deceive the "People." Thank you for a common sense post. This homosexual garbage has gone way over the line. But the Bible tells us this is exactly how things will be at end times. People calling evil good and good evil. Homosexuality is an a*********n to GOD period. But there are so many who think the Bible is some kind of fairy tale. Every prediction the Bible has made has come to pass. JESUS said in Mark, 10:6-9, marriage is the union of one MAN and one WOMAN. And your correct about the spineless politicians trying to gin up s few extra v**es. If the people who call themselves Christians in this country would stand united all this nonsense would be taken care of. But if one has no light in them then there's only darkness. Perhaps, I am just to old. I do not understand how your sexual orientation has anything to do with being discriminated against. I have never felt the need to discuss my private life with my employees nor have I ever felt their private lives were any of my business.

Are they asking for superior rights? As American citizens, do we not all have the same rights under the law? In a perfect world, I would not be discriminated against as a woman. We do not live in a perfect world. I deal with it every day. I do not ask for my rights to supersede anyone else's rights. I just make sure what few rights I have in this country are enforced.

Yes, all three posts have good points. Unfortunately there are a large number of "Gay affirming churches" these days, and what they are teaching and preaching is the opposite of God's law.

One of "our boys" went into such a church, not knowing what it was, while on a business trip. Printouts from the last sermon were available so he picked one up to reads before the service started. It made such claims as the only reason that men were told not to lie with men as they would with women was the parts didn't fit with the suggestion to do it differently. The other, and more appalling idea is that god created homosexuals and bisexuals superior to heterosexuals because they combined traits of both sexes and therefore are closer to god than the rest of us, and
superior. Needless to say he walked out of the church at that point. Wrong thing to present to a victim of child sexual abuse and rape, as well as a lie anyhow.
Notice that I use god rather than God because their god is really a pagan deity, not God.

But once again the Bible tells us that in end times men will have itching ears,(in other words they want the "pastor" to tell them what they want to hear), instead of the t***h. I have and the only conclusion I can come up with is they have no light in them, only darkness. And thank all of you who stand for JESUS.
