Have not seen much of this and tomorrow will tell us more..

But. In the first publicly expressed idea for the new twitter, it was proposed that all those who wanted max posting of all would pay $8 per month to pay for fact checking and keeping the misinformation to a minimum..

So for now.. let me know. What do you think of this idea.. will you pay $8 per month for twitter??

Welcome Elon! Be aware that the RADICAL DEMS are so jealous of you cause they are the dumbest. Watch out! These Marxist will try to destroy just like they did to Donald Trump. Elon, place or put all loyal and faithful staff around you.

You are one of the best that happened to America. You are smart, humble and righteous.
May God bless and protect you!

That's $8 dollars more than I'm paying now...
Might stick with my "I don't need Twitter" stance...

Gee, all I have seen of twitter is stuff pulled and used as filler.. and of course trump quotes long in the past..

But I think $8 per month is a bit steep for any social media stuff.

One more stance you can grab credit for...

You sound so desperate like FJB that if GOP wins, they'll take SS and Medicare which are All FALSE AND LIES OF COURSE. Only certain advertisers pay of course and that is true to any paper they advertise. The old Twitter did the same.

There has been no such thing that Elon proposed an $8.00 fee for using Twitter, except advertising. That is true to all papers.

You have nothing positive to present for your losing party, but create MISINFORMATION to destroy. When Elon was a democrat, nobody dare attack him. As soon as he moved to the GOP, series of attacks and even attempts of investigations were launched on him. All fabricated LIES OF COURSE. Just like what they did to Donald Trump.

Now you are trying to spread FALSE and MALICIOUS INFORMATION TO DESTROY an innocent reputation! Shut up! Only dummies will believe you!

LIARS!! What you are saying are all FALSE. FJB always do that LIE.

Wechat is the ultimate social media APP...

You can chat, set up groups, post on your board, FaceTime, make payments, shop, send files and links, t***sfer money to others, and use it to scan various codes for their services...

Plus, it's really poorly regulated... Basically, as long as no one reports yoy, you can get away with just about anything...

The day after announcing he will serve as chief executive of Twitter, the social media company he bought last week for $44 billion, Elon Musk formally introduced the idea of charging verified Twitter users a monthly fee.

“Twitter’s current lords & peasants system for who has or doesn’t have a blue checkmark is bulls**t,” Musk tweeted Tuesday. “Power to the people! Blue for $8/month.”

We can never believe anything you post because you always twist and distort the t***h. He didn’t formally introduce the idea, the fee was already in place and had been in place before he bought Twitter, it was priced at $4.99 a month. Elon just wanted to raise the price $3.01 per month.. You intentionally make it sound like he just dreamed up the idea out of the thin air, which you knew was not true, but you presented that narrative anyway. Now Elon is the lefts new enemy and you lied solely to make him look bad.

I have Twitter account and not being charged. That is just a scare tactic to destroy Elon. I own Twitter shares too. So if Twitter does that, good for the economy. More revenue means more taxes FJB could collect. It is about Capitalism! Yey!!

Here is your Cat. I barrowed that, and now I am returning it to you.

I did not know twitter charged any fee and did not see it mentioned in any article I skimmed.. I have never been on twitter and have no idea how they operate...

The main reason I tossed out the post is that the right seems to think he is going to make t witter the next best thing and it seems the right always erupts on spending a nickel, so how do they feel about the cost of fact check posts they love?

Oh Darn , keep the kitty.. it is so cute, just like you.. I am clueless about how twitter operates. different types of accounts?? With Elon history, he seems to know how to make a buck.. I would not sell those shares.. as far as tax revenue.. that seems a bit of a stretch.. the laws are written to provide tax free living for the very rich. I do not see much if any more tax revenue coming from twitter or Musk..

Elon Musk paid $21 billion IRS tax in 2021. What else do the democrats want.? Just jealous of him. Now, they are trying to level him off. God forbid, I won't allow that. He earned what he has, and continue to be productive.

Gee RAD, I am not jealous of anyone.. I am what I am.. done is done, history is in the past and now is now..

This is not a condemnation of Musk.. it is only posed as a question to see what people with differing view think about a proposal Musk made or may propose in his new role as owner of twitter.. I know that he did pay taxes, but when we look at the rates his rate is probably well below that of some of the lower earning workers.. but again this post is not about that..

You seem knowledgeable.. so just how did Musk gain his first Million?? just curious..

Peg likes to fact check lol! But not actual legit stuff! If I used Twitter , I have account but don’t use. Now that it’s not going to be censored, yes I would pay to get t***h out! T***h is not monetary! It is priceless! Excellent idea!
