Yes you win I am just pointing out a few things. Did you know that every two term president since Harry Truman has lost the house and senate in the mid terms of there second year. So this is not unique is just facts.

Why can't the democrats filibuster the filibuster is still in place for legislation and SCOTUS is still in place. The only filibuster that is out is federal judge appointments
