The Red Tide in both cases is Nature's reaction to Democrat manure. But lets us put G****l W*****g spending aside for one moment. San Francisco spends $ 285 M per year on it's homeless problem. That was created by Democrat policies. If San Francisco spent that money fixing their leaking sewer pipes and up grading their sewage treatment plants, no Red Tide.

The only visible effect of spending money to fight c*****e c****e is that we will be poorer by the amount spent. Even if the US went to zero CO2 the rest of the world would overwhelm our efforts. Spend money on protecting against weather, not reducing CO2. There are many real needs, fighting c*****e c****e is not one, it is just very expensive virtue signalling.
