At the very least Trump would have spoken with both, at length and possibly even gotten them together. I personally think he would have gotten them together and showed them how they could both double their economies if they worked together. He would have convinced Zelensky to let the people of the donbas and Crimea do what they v**ed to do.

Those Trump tower buildings have existed for many years. No one ever complained of discrepancies on the records. Neither did banks complained. Before approving loans, banks have strict review and compliance process before they approve the contract.
The records have been audited every year by CPA's and other tax legal analyst. No discrepancy found.
