" Inveiglement " Is that even a crime ? I looked it up, and I guess you are right, it is. However, I would say you do not have a legal leg to stand on. If you were right, then even housing i******s in a shelter would be " Inveiglement ".

I do believe that legally as I just said you don't have a leg to stand on. My over 60 years as a non lawyer equips me to say so. I argue that the State of Florida had legal custody of these criminals. Therefore as criminals in the custody of a state, Florida is within it's rights to t***sport these criminals to wherever they deem fit. Also if t***sporting i******s from Florida to Martha's Vineyard is " Inveiglement ", then so is t***sporting them out of Martha's Vineyard.

This is not the same thing as human smugglers committing the crime of human trafficking, because those human smugglers do not have legal custody of the criminal aliens.

I am open to you shooting holes in my opinion. In fact I hope you can. I look forward to defending my post.

Perfect. For a time, my step-daughter was in prison. They moved her from unit to unit. She broke the law.
Was she kidnapped?

I wrote a reply, and decided to delete it because nothing I can think of comes close to topping that.

After OUTRAGING Dems With Martha’s Vineyard Scheme–Ron DeSantis Enjoys This Major Win.
DeSantis exposed the ugly, double-standard of Joe Biden’s party. They were happy to let the Southern border rage, undefended. But the moment 50 aliens show up on Martha’s Vineyard, the left went insane.

But all their attacks on DeSantis appear to be falling flat. Because the takes-no-prisoners Republican like reported a major victory.
Open Secrets reported that a review of state campaign finance records showed DeSantis’ re-e******n campaign has raised more than $31.4 million since January 2021, while DeSantis’ state-level PAC, Friends of Ron DeSantis, has raised $146 million since January 2019…

Biden has only raised $11,850,907, while Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA), who has repeatedly sought to boost his national profile by attacking DeSantis, has only raised $6,776,976…

DeSantis is not being stingy with his money as he is giving millions to help down-b****t Republicans to further increase GOP majorities in the state legislature. [Source: Daily Wire]

This will really get liberals foaming at the mouth. As the media flips out over DeSantis’s move flying aliens to Martha’s Vineyard, he posted a record-breaking fundraising haul.

He raised $177.4 million since the start of 2021–more than any governor in U.S. history. It’s not a mystery how this was possible.

Unlike many politicians elected to office, DeSantis has made good on his promises to v**ers. He ran as a conservative and he’s led as a conservative. He’s scored major wins for Republicans in Florida, keeping the state open and safe even during the C***D p******c. His influence has been so profound, that there are more registered Republican v**ers in the state than Democrats–for the first time ever.

Because of DeSantis’s unabashed commitment to conservative values, supporters have been opening their wallets. He’s raised an incredible sum of money. And he’s sharing it with down-b****t candidates–which will give them a big leg up during the final weeks of the 2020 midterms.

To put DeSantis’s record haul into perspective, keep in mind that Joe Biden has only managed to raise $11.8 million over the same period of time. Gov. Newsom, who has made himself a rival to DeSantis, has only raised $6.7 million.

Donald Trump has raised $131 million over the same period of time–putting him behind the Republican governor.

DeSantis’s name has been floated around quite a bit as a possible 2024 contender. The man has yet to announce any plans to run for president. But if he continues to score big wins for the GOP over the next few years, who knows?

He might even give Trump a run for his money!
