Thank you for the wonderful entertainment on student loan forgiveness. I paid back mine while working in a hardware store 6 days a week back in the 1980s because it was necessary to establish good credit and the right thing to do.
Can I make a suggestion. Since government financing of student loans, the cost of education has skyrocketed.
We can solve three problems at once by putting students to work during summer vacation for the same reason summer vacation was established in the first place; to help with the harvest:
1) The students would pay for their own education and gain a work ethic.
2) This would induce student cost control over universities.
3) We would no longer need i*****l i*******ts to harvest our crops.
What? Our students are too smart to work?

My initial reaction is that it is not good, simply a control mechanism that deprives people of their economic freedom to spend money the way they want, without being surveilled or controlled. That is the prime reason that the elites want to get rid of cash. It's all about their control over people.

I think you are right, But there may be more to it. It would be easy to embezzle the entire Bank of Bangladesh at the click of a mouse. It has been done before. The terrorists needed negotiable currency in dollars or franks. the heist went straight through the Federal Reserve Bank of New York but got hung up in Germany by a clerk who noticed mysterious spelling errors. Our entire GDP could vanish in an instant and crash the entire economy and national defense.
