According to a former law clerk for Justice Gorsuch, that would be a no.Mike Davis says the entire case has been “blown apart.”
Case OverDavis stated, “So, the Biden Justice Department and the FBI has a pretty bad track record as it relates to President Trump.
“We’ve seen that they have weaponized and politicized law enforcement repeatedly to get Trump.
“This was an unprecedented, unnecessary, unlawful home raid on a former president.
“The whole legal basis for the raid has been blown apart.“They went after Trump, they say he may have violated the Espionage Act.
“That’s not even possible as the commander in chief he can declassify anything he wants.
“They say he may have stolen or misused government property under the P**********l Records Act and other statutes.
“That’s just not possible.
“There’s a 2012 decision by an Obama judge that former presidents can take personal records with them when they leave office.
“So there goes the obstruction allegations.
“It’s legally impossible to obstruct non-crimes like they’re trying to investigate here.
“There’s a track record of lying in this case.
“They leaked out that Attorney General Merrick Garland did not personally approve this raid.
That’s a lie.“They leaked out that Trump had nuclear documents at Mar-a-Lago.
That’s a lie.“They leaked out that President Biden and the Biden White House was not — did not have a heads-up about this raid.
That’s a lie.”You can see the full interview in the video below. (On the website.)

There's gonna be a whole lot of butt hurt demoq***rs
I have heard of a provision in the law ( I am not an attorney ) that gives a court the right to throw out any and all charges when it is apparent the charging party is simply using the court to persecute a person . Donald J Trump has been persecuted by the government for 6 years without let-up . It is time a judge with some backbone claimed this and announced to the world that the government is not going to be allowed to get away with this .....

It seems there's no precedence on which the court can make a ruling.
United States asylum law has not established the meaning of “persecution.” The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) does not define the term. See 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(42). “Although persecution is the fundamental concept at the core of the [INA’s] refugee definition, the term is not statutorily defined and courts have not settled on a single, uniform definition[.]” Mei Fun Wong v. Holder, 633 F.3d 64, 71-72 (2d Cir. 2011) (citations and quotations omitted).1
Courts have recognized that Congress “left the task of defining with precision the phrase ‘well-founded fear of persecution'” to executive agencies,2 but neither federal regulations nor the B.I.A. has established a definition that all circuits have adopted. See, e.g., De Santamaria v. U.S. Att’y. Gen., 525 F.3d 999, 1008 (11th Cir. 2008) (“The term ‘persecution’ is not defined by either the INA or the federal regulations.”); Sahi v. Gonzales, 416 F.3d 587, 588 (7th Cir. 2005) (stating the court could not find “a case in which the [B.I.A.] has defined ‘persecution'”). One academic has observed the term must be necessarily elusive: “There has never been a succinct, definitive definition of ‘persecution,’ because the nature of persecution and our understanding of it keep changing.” Jaya Ramji-Nogales et al., Refugee Roulette: Disparities in Asylum Adjudication, 60 STAN. L. REV. 295, 379 (2007).

Since 2016, everything against President Trump were FABRICATED LIES. Nothing has been proven and their final desperations the FBI's thru the order of DOJ Merrick Garland, and the consent of President Biden, their final desperation to hook president Trump will fail again, thus the Unconstitutional Mara Lago Raid.
The Lord has been watching them. The world has been watching them. The t***h will finally set the innocent Donald free. I pray, please dear Lord Almighty, save our president Donald Trump from evil desires of the Marxist Democrat party, who want to control your people. Taking us away from you, and require us to worship their evil ways. Grant we beseech Thee dear Lord, that we continue to be your people, to love and to serve you , and with gratitude of your sacrifice for us, we thank Thee always all the days of our lives, and under the guidance of our earthly leader President Donald Trump, who'll keep us for you. In Jesus name I pray! Amen.

They can't vilify Trump the way they did Hitler, so they're throwing a lot sh*t at him and hoping that their propaganda makes it stick. How come law enforcement can't see what's going on? And why are they taking sides with the c*******t in this administration?
Amen to your heartfelt prayer!
