Word is the DOJ will appeal this to a higher circuit court...Cannon went far too south of the reservation in terms of law and the security of the nation.

She stepped into piles of executive privilege and jurisdiction over an ongoing investigation and prosecution where no inexperienced judge with her head up trump's butt has any business going.

The bottom line is that the DOJ has no choice but to challenge the precedents being attempted here...there would be no conceivable reason trump would have to get a second look at classified documents he never should have had in the first place.
