In the article it says, "Grisham said Trump was unconcerned by those rules".

Big surprise? No.

Trump's probably the only president who became president without previously holding a job that required training about handling classified documents. I worked a few months in a role which required a low level of security clearance. So I got some training in handling classified documents. And I was careful to follow those rules. I was about 20 or 30 steps away from becoming president: step 1: get elected to some local office; step 2: get elected to some slightly higher office; step 3: establish a record of doing the job right and not messing up anything about it too badly; and so on, until after many years of experience in higher and higher jobs in government, I could finally become president. Trump skipped all that; he went from being born rich to having a TV show to insulting a lot of people in government and getting elected by v**ers who just love that. They wanted a president who would insult a lot of people in government, and there were enough such v**ers in low-population states in 2016 so that T***p w*n the e*******l college that year. They did _not_ v**e for him because they thought he would respect anything about government; they v**ed for him because they like it when he _disrespects_ things, or people, in government.

Trump has portrayed himself as not being bound by rules and not having to respect people in government. And he does break a lot of rules and does disrespect a lot of people in government.

The people who v**ed for Trump are by far mostly Republicans. And Trump had run as a Republican. Republican is the party that often shows disdain for government, not only vocally, but also by Republicans in Republican Administrations so often getting convicted of crimes. Now there's more of the same, only more so. The trend toward more and more wrong Republican behaviors continues. If anyone wants to destroy both the U.S. government and the U.S., the easiest way to get started is to v**e Republican.
