The grounds for Fat Donny's appeal is no where near as strong as the threat of appeal is turning out to be against Judge Aileen Cannon, the wannabe judge who put out the childish ruling on Fat Donny's Special Master request. From the looks of the decision dismissing the claims against Clinton, the judge buried the Fat Donny complaint as being voluminous, disjointed and ill prepared and made complaints that have already been dismissed in previous cases and by the Supreme Court. In other words, it was a typical whimper by the Fat Boy. Poor Little Donny!!

There is no conflict. The judge was appointed by Clinton 20 years ago and hasn't spoken to Clinton since. There is no requirement that a person with a right wing bend be entitled to pick their own judge appointed by a right wing loser. You get what you're assigned and you live with it. If you do not like the outcome you can always appeal. In this case and after an analysis of the actual suit by actual competent attorneys, it appears that a disbarment of Fat Donny's attorney for incompetence is a more reasonable outcome than granting an appeal.
Fat Donny is finally feeling the down side animosity that was building in the legal community for years due to his refusal to pay legal bills. Attorneys do not feel that the joy of working with a babbling, uninformed, legally naive lightweight deserves a free ride. Do you work for free? Neither do they.

It really doesn't matter what he said was the reason. The fact that there is a conflict of interest makes his words as credible as the FBI's are from now on.

Right now the name Fat Donny the Loser is managing to avoid being indicted but it does not look good for him. You can be as sure as the sun rises in the east that Clinton, Biden, Obama, Pelosi and any other of the Democrats that enjoy making life difficult for right wingers would be arrested and tried if any of the right wingers could come up with anything to charge them with that had a snowball's chance of even getting a court to agree to hear the case let alone try it. What makes those individuals immune from prosecution is that they don't do anything for which they could be prosecuted.
