The nation is already paying sky-high prices for natural gas, and prices could keep going up if Russia further limits fuel exports to the U.K. and Europe over the winter.
With the UK moving away from coal as a heating source and jumping on the g***n e****y bandwagon, they may end up as needy as Germany and start cutting wood for heat this winter.

You're still losing me. Putin is responsible for invading Ukraine, not Biden. 007 has already tried this red-herring first claiming that the war was about the Donbas and then claiming that it was because Putin couldn't tolerate NATO on his doorstep. Both are red-herring logical fallacies as Putin has bombed the s**t out of every city in the Donbas k*****g thousands of citizens plus destroying homes and businesses of people supposedly loyal to Russia and the second is also a red herring because if Ukraine is annexed or capitulates then Poland, a NATO member, will be on Russia's border meaning that Russia will have to invade Poland and on and on...which clearly isn't going to happen making the original premise a fallacy.
The long and short of it is that Putin is responsible for his actions, not Biden, and to cave to a dictator can't be tolerated...except by conservatives who view their wallets as more important than standing by other Democracies in the world!

Did I say anything at all about Biden? I think that you are arguing with the wrong person PeterS. I am just reiterating that Europe's move away from coal for energy is going to cost them enormously for the natural gas that Putin is going to charge them for their natural gas. I didn't look into their nuclear energy possibilities they closed many of their plants in favor of g***n e****y.

President Joe Biden on Thursday criticized Republican lawmakers who v**ed against the bipartisan infrastructure bill last year but have taken credit for projects made possible by the $1.2 trillion law.
"We got a little help from Republicans -- but not a lot -- but enough to get it passed. But the t***h is, there are a lot more Republicans taking credit for that bill than who actually v**ed for it," Biden said at a Democratic National Committee reception in Maryland, another stop for the President as he picks up his campaigning less than two months ahead of the midterm e******ns.
"I see them out there, 'And now we're going to build this new bridge here, we're all for it. And by the way, this new road, and we're going to have an internet that going to be all the way,' the President said, changing his tone of voice for his impression of the Republicans. "I love them, man. They ain't got no shame."
Biden did not name any Republican lawmakers in his speech, but a recent review by CNN's "The Lead with Jake Tapper" found at least 14 congressional Republicans who v**ed against the bill have tried to take credit for projects made possible by it.

Dude, you are so intentionally obtuse. The bombs are going to fall where the enemy is. The Ukraine army is notorious for using civilians as shields; hiding in their buildings, etc. The people of Crimea and the donbas are taking another v**e on it even as we speak, just like they did long before Putin was THE MAN. They are Russians and they feel the very same way bout NATO encroachment.
Check out some of the info coming from the people there instead of US media outlets. donbass-insider.com or on Facebook.

I'm arguing about the insanity of utilizing wind turbines and solar panels as substitutes for natural gas, oil and coal for heating and cooling our homes and electricity in general. There is no majority in the US that I am aware of that wants this g***n e****y bullshxt nightmare. I***t Biden and his c****e friends are in for a rude awakening. It's coming, and it's not going to be "their democracy". The poor are already getting subsidies for their utilities. Who pays for that? We could be doing so much more with the $Billions of dollars instead of sending them to Ukraine. If we had a strong leader as a President or even a strong Secretary of State, they could negotiate a peace deal. Instead, I***t Joe acts like a big man calling Putin a war criminal out loud.

That's all Biden has done, wag his finger at Putin and say things to yank his chain; that and fully arm the Ukraine army as if Russia were fighting the US military. I am just wondering if DC will be high on the target list.

Regressive is the definition of the Germans having to cut down their forests to heat their homes like the yesteryears. Cutting down all of those trees isn't good for reducing your "man-made c*****e c****e". LOLOL

It’s not winter yet, those innovative Germans will survive.

Yet it is regressive you have to admit. Instead of you simply flinging around terminology and blaming imaginary villains.
