You don't mess with HIPPA. Does anyone think the FBI got a signed release from Trump to take his medical records? Can anyone say mistrial?

HIPPA keeps medical care providers from sharing such records. It says nothing about law enforcement.

HIPPA covers you and your health care providers. So your insurance, hospital and doctors can't tell a third party any info without your permission. It doesn't cover Trump's files at Mar a Lago. I can't see how any of Trump's medical files have any bearing on his theft, unless some psychiatrist said he was bat s**t crazy and put him on thorazine.

God you're dimwitted. If Trumps medical records were stored with the other documents they had no legal right to those records.

No they can't. Not unless the warrant specifically names the medical records. Many times a judge will not sign a warrant for medical records.

HIPPA does apply to Trumps medical records although the FBI in this case would be exempt IF medical records are a part of the records the judge said they could take. His medical records were not part of it.

It is a clear violation of HIPPA as well as Trumps civil rights.
