In light of the FBI's admission of their own culpability?

Parkland shooting families reach $127.5m settlement over FBI inaction.

About five weeks before the 14 February shooting, an FBI tip line received a call saying a former Stoneman Douglas student, Nikolas Cruz, had bought guns and planned to “slip into a school and start shooting the place up”.

“I know he’s going to explode,” the caller told the FBI.

But that information was never forwarded to the FBI’s Miami office and Cruz was never contacted. He had been expelled a year earlier and had a long history of emotional and behavioral problems.

Actually he's not mentally all there. Life without pool would be more fitting I think. And I would still feel the same if I had lost a child there.

The FBI agent / agents who ignored this should be charged, tried and if convicted jailed.

No. He should get life in a small cell, so he can spend the rest of a miserable life thinking about what an evil monster he is/was. Death would be mercy and put him out of his misery.

Cruz should be executed and for that matter everyone currently on 'death row' should also be executed. Maybe the money paid to the victims families should come out of the FBI's budget and the agent's involved pension.
