I think Retired USMC General James Mattis says it better than most.

James Norman Mattis (born September 8, 1950) is a retired United States Marine Corps four-star general who served as the 26th US secretary of defense from January 2017 to January 2019. During his 44 years in the Marine Corps, he commanded forces in the Persian Gulf War, the War in Afghanistan, and the Iraq War.

This is what he had to say about Trump after the J** 6th i**********n.

"Today's violent assault on our Capitol, an effort to subjugate American democracy by mob rule, was fomented by Mr. Trump."

He added that the president has used the nation's highest role in government to "destroy trust in our e******n and to poison our respect for fellow citizens. Our Constitution and our Republic will overcome this stain and we will come together again in our never-ending effort to form a more perfect Union, while Mr. Trump will deservedly be left a man without a country."

The USMC 4-star General went on to say...

"Donald Trump is the first president in my lifetime who does not try to unite the American people—does not even pretend to try. Instead, he tries to divide us. We are witnessing the consequences of three years of this deliberate effort. We are witnessing the consequences of three years without mature leadership.” He added that he had "watched the J** 6th events, angry and appalled."

One should believe his words over those of Trump cultists any day.

Number one genius, there is no such thing as a four star General. Mattis is a General, pause period paragraph. Four stars are the symbol of the rank. A Brigadier General is not called a one-star, a Major General is not called a two star and a Lieutenant General is not called a three star. Mattis needed to stick to commanding troops and not polotics, His sirene call was when he took the SECDEF position.

Actually, Mattis turned in his letter of resignation, then Trump let him go before his stated deadline for leaving.

Not to worry, Parky, as that still leaves you as the #1 all-around dumbass on OPP.

BTW, are you the reincarnation of Fred Phelps

Sorry slats, I'll have to settle for at least #4 as the #1 (pegw), #2 (Tippy) and #3 slots (you) are already filled as I previously mentioned.

You, my flatlining yet comical antagonist, have seriously underestimated your ultimate ranking of #1.

False modesty does not become you.
