Interesting. The cocaine was found in the chain locker "amidst the coal cargo." The Chain Locker is in the bow of a ship; it's where the anchor chain is stowed when the anchor is pulled up. Cargo is in holds which are in the middle 2/3rds of a ship. The "inspectors" were obviously working from some intelligence. Now, if the Chao's had Obama's backing, all of that information would be under seal until 40 years after he leaves office.
