Pelosi, because he is rich, and his insurance company are both on the hook for all medical bills, lost wages and any pain and suffering the person can show. It is easy to build a case. Especially when Pelosi has already admitted guilt. A good lawyer and doctor would jump through hoops to get this case since any award or settlement, no matter the amount, is all collectable. I am sure many lawyers have already contacted the injured to provide representation. Assuming the injured is legal that is. If the injured was also driving illegally then that's another can of worms.
