The judge on Friday called for retired Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi (Tah-mor-EE-si) to be freed because of his mental state and did not make a determination on the illegal arms charges against the Afghanistan veteran diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder

I don't believe he was released because of his PTSD. That strains the credibility test. If that were the case he would have been released much sooner because it was widely known that he suffered from that disorder. No, I think somebody made a phone call to the judge, or maybe a lot of people did, and he finally gave in to the pressure. I don't think it's a coincidence that this happened right before the e******n. At any rate I'm glad to see Tahmooressi is free at last.

Your right. Pressure from the public made his release possible. No thanks to our CIC.

He was too busy moving heaven and earth for Bergdahl. He may not have deserted, but if he did not, he was AWOL when captured.

There's no doubt he was AWOL, and a flat our deserter in my mind, do you think we will ever get the full story, or is that going to be another administration secret?

Yeah after word got out here that Verterans were planning a Rendevouz down there in full Battle Rattle to go Break him out...

I'm sure it had something to do with that too....

They wouldn't want something to go wrong... (border skirmish) or something...

Not to mention the embarrassment to ObolaFuc*HeadBarry !

The actual t***slation is "Come and take," supposedly the answer given by the Spartan king Leonidas at Thermopolyae when the Persians under Xerxes demanded he and his men surrender their weapons.
