The Royal Air Force of Britain:

Job offers to white male recruits of the RAF have effectively been paused to meet diversity targets, defense sources have claimed. Women and ethnic minorities are reportedly being favored in recruitment drives to meet ‘impossible’ targets, which has prompted the Head of Recruitment at the RAF to resign in protest. The officer, a female herself, left the post amid concerns that hiring restrictions could undermine the strength of the service, according to sources.

Defense sources accused Air Chief Marshal Sir Mike Wigston, the head of the RAF, of appearing willing to compromise UK security at a time of growing threats from Russia and China in pursuit of albeit important goals such as improving diversity and inclusion.


As a 1/8th native American "White" guy, all I am seeing is the fostering of more r****m. I can't help it or make up for past r****t leanings against people with some pigment in their skin or lacking testicles, if we take it to its extreme. As with Affirmative Action, how does the reverse discrimination against "White" people change the past???? It isn't a mathematical equation where negatives cancel out positives.

If you support it, I have nothing for you and zero respect. Take it and run, but I will in no way feel belittled or less than I am for it. I will not feel shame for the past, nor regret for what others have done. However, you who support this kind of nonsense, my yet and soon, feel regret.

It has been proven numerous times, and is simply a fact, that women in combat units are detrimental. In Special operations there are standards, just like pilots, if you can't meet the standards then...too bad. You don't lower the standards. When you go in for surgery do you want the "best" doctor, or the best female/poc doctor?

So Yall believe in exclusion; that means this brings on the problem of how do you get rid of 42 million - uh - people.You could do it the slow way which is how it is being done,systematically,things like keeping a high rate of un emploment,and do nothing about the saturation of drugs in undesirable communitys , not properly educate these communities; do not press the issue of gangs, and do things that alienate the females against the males - or do it the direct Hitler way,as he tried to do to the jews- I'm sorry ,now that I think of it ,to exclude and to exterminate them would take such a massive undertaking,I don't think it's feasible - you can't do naught but include them.
