Interesting take on s***ery:

I have been working with a man from Ethiopia who is 55 yrs old. In our conversations it came out that he loved to visit his grand father because his grand father owned land and had s***es. At the age of 55 we are talking about only 45 to 50 years ago. His grand father was black like him and the s***es were black like him. He described it as perfectly normal and was an accepted thing in the country.

Funny how that's the way it was just recently. He equated it to these long term contracts he hears about in sports except there was no term limits on s***ery.

S***ery persists in many places including the USA, often under the guise of indentured servitude.

Here we call it human trafficking. Unbelievable how much of that is going on.

Didn't indentured servitude have a time limit attached to it, like a contract?

Yes. It is what’s happening on the southern border. Most can’t pay the coyote fee. They agree to work off their debt over time in the US. Some work with their hands, some work with their g*****lia. The workers living arrangements are often part of the debt managed by their handlers. There is also the drug smuggling variable.

True. Of course the only reason Biden wanted to make it worse was because Trump had decreased it. Biden just wanted to undo Trump stuff.

Trump had put done an EO to reduce the price of insulin for poor people and Biden shut that down as well.
