I would reframe the question to "Why would the FBI refuse to let Trump's attorney read the warrant?" This seems like such an obvious legal and ethical violation. If the warrant specifies only certain documents or places to search, or any other restrictions, how could the FBI be monitored to see if they complied with those limitations?

Secondly, the FBI reportedly refused to let anyone monitor their activities, which seems to me to be another potential legal and ethical violation. How would any abuse of the terms of the warrant be prevented if no one was allowed to do so?

Thirdly, it seems that no one seems to care about the broader terms of what this woman had to say about how the government and it's agents have been routinely been abusing ALL AMERICANS for A LONG TIME. She refers to the J****** 6 protesters who have been jailed, fined, and perp walked for simply being present on the capitol grounds. Or, in the case of Dr. Simone Gold, for giving a speech about the v*****e dangers and mandates.

Why are SOME of the politicians and much of the public incensed because this happend to President Trump, while ignoring ALL the other abuses of normal regular citizens.

Maybe we all need to did a little deeper into those questions and do a bit of soul searching!

Because they had a legal search warrant, lawyers don't get special privilege when a judge issues a search warrant.

So you are fine with FBI Agents not permitting Trumps lawyer to read the warrant and observe the FBI agents to make sure that they complied with the actual wording in the warrant. If it was you that was served the warrant, would you feel the same way?

Usual and customary is to provide the person, or legal counsel, with the warrant.
