I think this is entirely political and as we are seeing weaponization of the FBI we will also see it in the courts. They might not indict but I think they will and when the political usefulness of the indictment is concluded, all will be dismissed. I do not think there will be any completion of any trial against Trump in which he can bring in any defense evidence. His defense would be damning for the democrats and incriminating for some democrats as well.

He wouldn't even have to testify in a court of law. Duh!!! But his defense team can produce all the defense evidence which up to now is censored and hidden/forbidden by the J** 6th committee and all the other courts who have refused to hear it.

If it comes down to a indictment it will be settled before it ever goes to a trial
