That is correct. But POTUS Trump only nominated the Director, not the professional l***hes under the Director. And POTUS Trump had Wray recommended but one of the RINO Senators that he made the mistake of trusting. I suspect Wray will resign when POTUS Trump is re-elected. He will not give the president the option of firing him.
