Anne Heche tried flee first crash and potential DUI before main crash.I hope she will be charged with DUI and spends some time in jail .

And this lady has no house because if her... And no, it's not enough!!.. She drank alcohol and than decided it was ok to drive, while ruining an innocent women's life in a process..It was her own damn fault!!...

I'm sorry about her father and brother, but that's does not give her a right to decide fate of this lady who lost her house and everything in it.... Maybe Anne and her rich friends can help this lady to rebuild her life back..

You have no cause or rational reason to judge the fate of others.
I imagine the woman who lost her home is happy to be alive and well, and I'm sure her insurance will help her rebuild.
