Factcheck.org sources much of its reporting from the ACLU and the SPLC.
Annenberg Public Policy Center (APPC) is a center for the study of public policy at the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania.
The Annenberg PPC owns and funds Factcheck.org.

IOW, factcheck.org is richly supported by academia and Big Tech.
Of course, the factcheckers will tell you there is absolutely no political bias in any of these sources.
