Wow... where do you get this stuff? First of all, they don't have to follow anything in the Constitution. The Constitution is a set rules that the government is held to, not the people. It amazes me how so few people that blabber about the constitution actually understand the first thing about it.

Secondly, in the beginning there wasn't ANY rules about immigration at all. We didn't get all fussy and weird about immigrants until 1882.


The GOVERNMENT has the constitutional guidelines to follow. WE have the U.S. Code and wh**ever state, and municipal laws to follow.

Obama didn't think it was... Nor did anyone else. Not even the Supreme Court that ruled THREE times to uphold the ACA. It took years and millions of tax dollars before lawyers were finally able to concoct the obscure argument that most people still don't understand and only convinced 5 of the 4 judges on the bench.

The actual argument is that the individual mandate (which is only part of the ACA) was not a proper use of Congress's Commerce Clause or Necessary and Proper Clause powers, so it's not a clear rule, it's an interpretation and this is only coming from Chief Justice John Roberts, the other four that v**ed with him couldn't even join that opinion.

I think what happened is that there was nothing obviously unconstitutional with ANY part of the ACA but the insurance companies H**ED the law because it stops them from ripping off Americans in need of healthcare and the insurance industry being one of the most powerful industries in the world persisted and persisted, funneling millions into legal expenses and FINALLY got a majority decision based on a sketchy interpretation of the Constitution.


What two-tiered system? The only alternate system I know about is the tribunal system that Bush set up so he could prosecute people outside the jurisdiction of the Constitution.

Look, Trump has been fighting civil cases for at least that long many of which he settled out of court, which is usually an indication of guilt. I mean why else would you settle? You know what else is an indication of guilt? Pleading the 5th which Trump did in response to something like 68 direct questions from the court the other day. You know who agrees with me... Donald Trump himself, who has on several occasions insisted on national television that anyone pleading the 5th is guilty.

Taking the 5th does not mean denying of something. It is not worth putting up with those questions of the C*******T-L*****TS to trap him. Fact of the matter is during the Mueller H**x case, when Trump was asked to answer their questions to hook him up, I emailed the president not to answer and respond to their questions. The purpose of the LEFT was to TRAP him. He was innocent, and must not pay attention to their harassments.

When an individual takes the Fifth, her silence or refusal to answer questions cannot be used against her in a criminal case. A prosecutor cannot argue to the jury that the defendant’s silence implies guilt. And prosecutors typically cannot even call a witness before the grand jury if the prosecutor knows the witness will invoke the Fifth Amendment.

Innocent person accused will never put up and answer any question. The best defense is to take the 5th, or disregard or ignore their demands.

The box contained personal and confidential matters on Fiduciary documents, Client-lawyer privileges gross violations, and so many other personal effects.
