'Is This The Beginning Of The End Of America?': Rick Scott Blasts 'Woke Left' At CPAC:

Thanks to all of the progressive l*****t democrats, I am truly concerned that there will be a very intense retaliation against all of the "WOKE" l*****t, Socialist/Marxist and C*******t entities within not only our government but our so called institutions of higher learning. Once it happens multitudes of individuals of the l*****t persuasion are going to find themselves in the gutter so to speak with a scarlet letter placed upon them. It is truly going to be an extremely sad day for the United States of America, but one that is necessary in order for our Constitutional Republic to survive. If we all think about it, those on the progressive left are really only a minority in our country that have been allowed to fester like a boil on the ass of human existence. However that boil will be lanced, and the puss filled entities will go back underground where it needs to stay.

Agreed. Why spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on an indoctrination so called education, incur a huge debt that will take years to repay, and loose 4 or more income earning years, when

* only 62 percent of U.S. college graduates had a job that required a college degree.
* just 27 percent of college grads had a job that was closely related to their major

It is my opinion that the primary drivers of a college education are two fold: 1) kids get to party a lot for 4 years away from home while deferring the ultimate need to find employment, and 2) the stigma that if you don't have a college degree, you are viewed as being less educated, and the mistaken belief that you will get a job that pays less.

It would be an interesting analysis to compare the life style of a random number of college graduates with the same number of non-college graduates that pursue a trade such as Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician, Auto Mechanic, etc.

As a general rule, students who pay their own way do better. When everything is paid for them we WAY too often end up with worthless kids and broke parents.

I have one kid who went to a trade school for a year and a half. He is a diesel mechanic who makes a little north of six figures and has no student loan debt. I have another who went to college, and now makes less money and has a huge debt.

=============================

It is unfortunate but true that there are many teens that go to college and do not do very well, dropping out after a year or two, and incurring considerable debt to find out that they were simply not intended to have a degree. And only then will they seek a trade or go into the military.

People had better start fighting harder because the socialist (democrats) know how to fight dirty. They are winning the fight in November and the republicans are just starring into space
