Your post is sadly incomplete. Your list of contents is biased, but it does not show exactly what
it is in the proposed new Constitution you oppose. This omission totally invalidates your work.
So we will ignore it.

A convention of states is the solution the Constitution provides for fixing the governmental overreach/rank corruption/abuse of power by the Democrat/C*******t Party/RINOs. And
their "fringe ideas"...individual liberty/free speech, (concepts that are indeed fringe to the Democrat/C*******t Party/RINOs who have been working hard to suppress/eliminate them for years.)

Were I to come up with changes to the Constitution, you would rage against them too, I am absolutely certain. Just for fun, I post a few changes that many would agree with today. Since I am not a trained writer of laws, a lot of editing would be needed I am sure.

Reaffirming the First Amendment to ensure that there would be no national religion as it is now, but that there would clearly be no separation of church and state. Further, the concept of free speech will remain lawful, and no adoption of PC or g****r change pronouns will be permitted by law in the US.

The second amendment would drop the M*****a nonsense as archaic and clearly ensure that private citizens can own and use any small arms they choose for purposes of defense, hunting, or sport, most definitely including the AR-15 type and other semi-automatic weapons, and that ammunition for these weapons shall be readily available.
Plus, manufacturers and retailers shall not be sued for producing and distributing the weapons, except in the case of black-market activities and gunrunning. Open and concealed carry of weapons shall be permitted in all spaces, with the usual exceptions (to be enumerated).

For purposes of law, marriage would be considered valid only between a man and a woman, and that no other g****rs would be legally valid in the US. Only biological g****rs at birth would be valid in the nation.

Environmental cleanup regulations would be permitted in the US, but not c*****e c****e efforts, unless three-fourths of the states ratify such actions in their legislatures and signed by their governors, after a commission of scientists from all sides, including an equal number of deniers of the issue, have recommended approaches to the mitigation of the problem.

H**e crime laws shall be abolished.

A******n shall be abolished in the US.

To v**e in all e******ns only US citizens can v**e, and only if they present valid, current identification with a picture that has been obtained from US government sources. No illegal, non-citizen person shall be able to obtain such identification, or driver's licenses.

The borders of the US and its territories shall be sovereign, and sufficient installation of barriers to illegal border crossing will be established to ensure the sovereignty of the nation.

Immigration into the nation shall be controlled and the laws in existence shall be enforced to ensure that entry illegally shall be punished with no less than 5 years of jail time, and afterward deportation. Immigration shall be governed by several criteria: the merits of the potential emigree, their ability to support themselves for the first year in the nation, and a US citizen sponsor is officially committed personally to support them. A migrant worker program shall be put in place as well, with US firms responsible for their time in the nation on penalty of fines of no less than $20,000 per worker that fails to return to his own nation. The use of chain immigration is hereby abolished, and the use of anchor babies is abolished as well. Any employer of an i*****l i*******t not certified under the migrant worker program shall be fined no less than $20,000 and be sentenced to 2 years in jail. I*****l i*******ts currently in the US shall be given 2 years to wind up their affairs and return to the native country, or to register and apply for citizenship, under rules TBD.

The following Department in the Administration, together with any subsidiary entities are hereby abolished: Education. Any unions associated with education shall be abolished.

There shall be no government unions in the US. Any existing government unions shall be disbanded.

The first amendment notwithstanding, any organization, religion, or group that threatens the o*******w of the government of the United States of America by action, speech, writing, broadcasting or advertising in any media or place of worship the members shall be imprisoned for 10 years. Foreign national members of these organizations shall be deported after their jail time.

I've had nightmares over this precise possibility. Such a convention would have to be open to delegates from all fifty states and in every state there would likely be competition from all citizens. Thus, people like Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, AOC, Maxine Waters, etc. and other extreme L*****ts could be delegates.

Allow the various states to select their representatives to the Convention from the existing members of the state's senate legislature, as approved by the governor of each state, and not any currently serving member of the US Congress, nor any member of the current Administration.

Why, I thought that was your manifesto! It most certainly isn't one I would ascribe to! Talking about fringe ideas! Did that piece even keep the White House and Congress in existence?

Seems that some Libertarians are really dangerous people!

The next step for the right-wing is a plot to change the U.S. Constitution to make it significantly more conservative by creating a Constitutional Convention among red states.

Article V in the US Constitution allows for two methods of amending the document. They can gather a two-thirds majority of Congress to propose an amendment and have it ratified by three-fourths of the states. The other option is having two-thirds of U.S. states call a constitutional convention and passing and ratifying amendments.

Business Insider reported about the effort encouraged by former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA), who was kicked out of office in 2006 by nearly 18 points. But that loss doesn't mean that he can't force his will on the rest of the country.

Speaking at the Dec. 2021 American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) policy summit, Santorum explained that he and his allies want to remake the U.S. into a solidly conservative nation.

"You take this grenade and you pull the pin, you've got a live piece of ammo in your hands," Santorum explained in audio captured by the Center for Media and Democracy. "34 states — if every Republican legislator v**es for this, we have a constitutional convention."

Insider conducted interviews with a dozen people involved in the constitutional convention movement, revealing just how well-funded it is, partially through cryptocurrency.

"This isn't an exercise, either. State lawmakers are invited to huddle in Denver starting on Sunday to learn more about the inner workings of a possible constitutional convention at Academy of States 3.0, the third installment of a boot camp preparing state lawmakers 'in anticipation of an imminent Article V Convention,'" said the report.

The conservatives aim to change the constitution so that it would eliminate national education requirements, making it harder for any territory to garner statehood, eliminate many federal environmental standards, and make it difficult or impossible for someone like Anthony F***i to ever work for decades within the government.

While Santorum is one of the supporters, the others are strong MAGA activists like Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), John Eastman and Fox network hosts Sean Hannity and Mark Levin.

"It's the most extraordinary thing in my career that I've ever been a part of," Eastman said in a video published by the convention simulation group. "The process actually works."

The constitutional convention activists are meeting on Sunday, ahead of the National Conference of State Legislatures national meeting.

"The group boldly forecasts that a new constitutional convention could take place in 24 months and quotes former President Barack Obama in emphasizing, 'You can't change Washington from the inside,'" said the report.

Even if it doesn't happen in the next two years, it's something that these leaders are pressing forward.

Mostly good ideas Manning. Of course these could be polished, refined, and added many others that may come up as the convention members are gathered. Different ideas may come up, approval by the majority is done thru the process. I am fascinated by that idea of NO ANCHOR babies. That has been my question before. Kamala Harris could have never been elected to VP if that' s already constitutional. I think they revised the Constitutional provision on that matter during the Obama time. I thought prior Constitution provision did not include Anchor babies. Kamala born during the time her parents on the student visa status. They don't have permanent visa but on student visa. She is considered anchor baby.

Excellent. Thanks for sharing. Functioning just like the Founders intended.

There is a reason the Founders offered this option. When the elected scumbags place themselves and their personal gain above the Constitution and their sacred oath. A Constitutional Convention may be necessary for freedom loving Americans to do the job they will not (e.g. term limits and balanced budgets).
