I was stunned when I heard that. Why lock up Spam and not some of the more expensive items that might be just as easy to lift? It makes no sense. If I was in such a sorry situation I was forced to steal food to survive, Spam would not be on the list of things I would steal. Ewww!

Yes but if you want to catch criminals on video, you now have new bait. You do not have to leave out shrimp, caviar, jewelry, or even cash. Put out a few cans of Spam. I just don't know whether baiting Joe V**ers is legal in all 50 States.

Well you might need a special permit, but I doubt it would cost too much.

Well cans can become damaged, but your point is well taken. I enjoy reading about how our ancestors preserved food before canning. One of the foods I never got around to trying is hardtack. Apparently if you can keep it dry it will last for years.

The most dangerous city at present is # 1 NYC, and most cities in California, Chicago. All of them under democrat elected and appointed leaders. That list is outdated. Reasons, people move to Florida.

You go out in NYC day or night. Lucky if you go home alive. In addition, NYC has plenty of communicable diseases. The champion of violence.
