It's easier to read the transcript of what this man said to the clerk, but it was done with dignity...
I particularly liked where he told him he needed to be aware of what he was saying, he never knows when he will say something to the wrong person, that if he wanted to get him there would be no security guard or cop who could stop him.
This is what it's coming to, people losing their jobs if they can't be civil and show respect for the public they serve.

This sales clerk was over heard and recorded calling the man a "Stupid _igger,) loud enough to be heard. Upon confrontation, he admitted it. There was zero reason for it and yes, he should be fired on the spot. The man refrained from dropping the sales clerk because his little boy was there and he wanted his little boy to see that there are clear headed and calm ways to deal with gross r****m and pure stupidity.
It wasn't just a matter of being uncivil. I wasn't sure if you'd gotten that far with the story. I live in Dallas and shop at that mall and store frequently. We aren't like this guy. He is obviously a bitter, defeated man.

American politics is fascinating and scary. It is an entertaining real time soap opera. It has lots of back stabbing, intrigue and criminal activity.
The extremes of both political sides are punching well above their actual clout.
It is also history in the making. Things are happening very quickly now and it has world wide implications. Canada will experience the greatest impact.
Therefore it is of interest to me.
