Yes, Democrats want to ban 'Private ownership of Lions and Tigers' 🙄🙄🙄
...... When inflation is skyrocketing, when gas prices are still high( in California it's still $6.00/ gallon) food prices are still high, crime is out of control.... But no, Democrats want to talk about Big Cats..

PR, I have seen other times when some dumb subject comes up in congress at a foolish time.. the reasons, I imagine are varied and change with each bill... but for the record. I think lions and Tigers should be in all back yards.. I will always recall the tiger that was near us for several years and that my wife could claim to be one of the few Americans to be stalked by a tiger.. a very small tiger but true.. only about `15 Lbs at most.. just a kitten.. but had a real interest in her..

Said tiger grew to over 500 Lbs and was only simi confined.. met the kids home from school at the top of the drive way and all walked the short way home.. in the course of time it was sent to a shelter down in Okla. or Texas.. cost so much to feed, they said, but I think the complaining bus driver had a role in it as well..

Oh well, government at work? At least they bothered to show up.

I think Tigers and Lions are beautiful cats... I don't think though they belonged in people's backyards... They belong in the wild...

I know you are correct. But one of my most difficult to explain goals has long been to establish Siberian Tigers in NE Minnesota near or in the boundary waters wilderness area.. perfect home for them, cover/shelter, food, water and not many people even in canoe season.. would be so perfect for them..
