Except that the "evidence" is only being presented by the Dems...we have yet to see ANY evidence from Republicans. A Congressional committee is supposed to hear all the evidence from BOTH sides, weigh that evidence and come up with a decision.

Their decision was made before the committee had their first meeting.

The first piece of evidence that it is false is the direct fact that only one side of the argument is heard. The second piece of evidence is the fact that the c*****l p****e k**led an unarmed woman. The third piece of evidence is that the FBI inciter of r**ting is not in jail. The fourth piece of evidence is the fact that the alleged r****rs have been held in jail and not been charged with any crime.

And no, the hearings have not reached anybody except the gullible.

A Congressional Committee has no legal right to hear any case. That's for our courts, I believe it's Article 1, Section 8, of our Constitution. But I could be wrong, I can't locate my pocket Constitution.

"Hear" - meaning "listen to".....Any committee is supposed to hear (listen to) both sides of an argument between parties. Otherwise, how can they come up with an equitable solution? If they make a decision based on evidence presented by only one side of the argument, all they have to make a decision on the case is that one side - in other words, they would be making a very biased decision.

They are not allowing Republicans to present any evidence AT ALL! Even though they (the Dems) have put up Republican witnesses, they are hostile witnesses and are not evidence in any way for the Republicans!

Most of the so- called " eye witnesses " are coming from low level personnel who no real first hand information or " hearsay" witnesses who heard from 3 or different sources or people failed to get the job they want or were fired or quit before J****** 6th. Remember none of the testimony will never hold up in court.
