Three Tier Justice System
1. The Uber Wealthy: untouchable, never charged regardless of the crime, they’re calling the shots
2. Bought and paid for government officials and employees: seldom charged, rarely found guilty and punished, an occasional conviction and sentencing only to appease the masses, doing the bidding of their Uber Wealthy masters
3. The average citizen: pay the wages of the second tier members, held accountable for everything, select violent groups avoid this if they serve the cause of the Uber Wealthy
