I got pulled over by a LEO in Oceanside CA, for the "offence" of having South Dakota plates on my car.
It turned out that the officer grew up in Rapid City, and he just wanted to visit with someone from "home".
My all time favorite was the time my hometown cop pulled me over and asked me if I could teach him how
to shoot his pistol, he had to "qualify" to keep his LEO certification, and he couldn't hit a barn door.

EXACALLY if you don't have a warrant or drugs,ILLIGAL gun if your a felon I can Garantee if you follow the rules you just posted all you'll get is a ticket and be on your way. Anyone who argues,fights, doesn't follow orders is asking for trouble especially these last couple years of police officers being executed .
